Delivery Information
We ship Australia wide including to Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Christmas Island and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands using a combination of Australia Post, Couriers please and Fastway and offer the choice of either regular post for $7.95 per order or express post (where available) for $12.95 per order but remember for any orders over $60 regular post is free!
Please consider that depending on your premises if no one is at home to receive your delivery it may be left or taken to the nearest post office for collection so if you won't be home during the week we recommend you have your order sent to your place of work.

Next day Express Post is available to 80% of Australian home and business addresses. If your order is for a location outside of the express post network Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport solution to get your order to you.

Yes you can, during the checkout process make sure the "My delivery and billing addresses are the same." box is unchecked at the second step and the alternate delivery address will be requested, we won't include a printed invoice in the package.
Refunds & Returns

If for any reason at all you aren't completely happy please contact us immediately and let us know what's wrong. If you need to return a product please make sure you keep the original packaging for testing and if the product is found to be in any way unsatisfactory it will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be given.
