Vanilla Rooibos Latte

Tired of chai lattes? Give this sensational vanilla rooibos latte a try.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of boiling water
- Red Velvet Tea
- 2 cups Vitasoy vanilla flavoured soy milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Ground cinnamon
Directions
- Steep 2 teaspoons of Red Velvet loose leaf tea in boiling water for 3-4 minutes
- Stir in honey
- Divide tea between two mugs
- Heat and froth soy milk
- Pour frothed milk into mugs
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top
- Sit back and enjoy!
Don't Have A Frother?
If you don’t have your own milk frother you can get the same result (albeit with a lot more effort) with a French press
Start by heating the milk in a heavy based saucepan being careful not to burn the milk. Bring to a simmer and stir gently to prevent a skin from forming on top.
Once the milk is hot pour into the French press and pump until you have created a nice froth.
