August 3rd Update

Red Leaf Tea will continue to trade during the Melbourne Stage 4 lock down. Our support team are already working remotely and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future; our warehouse team are already working alternating shifts with no cross over and our health and safety practices have been enhanced to ensure a safe working environment for them and a safe delivery for you.

Red Leaf Tea intends to continue to trade as normal throughout these events. 

Red Leaf Tea is located in Melbourne and like everyone else we are closely following the ongoing health situation. At this time none of our operations have been impacted; as a precaution we have stopped all site visits, all office staff are working remotely and all international and domestic travel has been suspended. Our warehouse staff are working alternating shifts to reduce physical contact. We have increased our cleaning regiment to include decontaminating all stock deliveries immediately on arrival.

Red Leaf Tea orders are shipped using a combination of Australia Post and several courier companies. We depend on these services and their continued operation for the sending of all orders. In the event that our shipping partners suspend deliveries we will notify impacted customers.

At present all stock we hold on hand was delivered to us prior to the first known cases of the virus in the source regions and there is no reason to be concerned about possible transmission. It will be necessary for us to restock at some time and when that does become necessary we will take added precautions as necessary.
